The Leader's Health Check grew out of a simple observation: the leaders who struggle most are rarely struggling because of a lack of skill or strategy. They are struggling because something in their inner life — their physical health, their relationships, their sense of purpose, their emotional reserves — has gone unattended while they poured themselves into their work. The cost of that gap is real, and it is usually paid by the people closest to them before it surfaces in their professional performance.

Our approach is direct and relational. We believe that honest diagnosis is an act of respect, that sustainable leadership requires attending to the whole person, and that the best coaching conversations are the ones leaders are not having anywhere else. We serve every client together — two generations, one commitment.

Ethan Castleberry, founder of Castleberry Advisory Group, came to this work through military service, real estate, hospital chaplaincy, and entrepreneurship — arenas that each taught him the same lesson from a different angle: how a leader is doing on the inside determines what they can sustain on the outside.

Keith Castleberry brings over 35 years in business and 25 years in pastoral ministry — organizational wisdom paired with deep care for people.

Both hold professional master's degrees. But they would be the first to say that credentials are not the point — the work is. Competence matters because the people we serve matter.
