Confidentiality Commitment

Your assessment results are personal and confidential. They will never be shared with your employer, HR department, supervisor, or chain of command without your explicit, voluntary, written consent. This commitment is foundational to the integrity of this platform.

What We Collect

• Your name, email, job title, and organization (from the assessment gate)
• Your assessment responses (Likert scores, self-ratings, reflection text)
• Your email address if you join the waitlist for any program

How We Use Your Data

• To generate and deliver your personalized report
• To send you your report link and optional follow-up resources
• To allow Ethan Castleberry to prepare for and conduct your debrief session (if you book one)
• If you opted in: to send occasional resources and updates from Castleberry Advisory Group

Who Sees Your Data

Only Ethan Castleberry and the secure infrastructure that powers this platform (Supabase for data storage, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting). No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security

Your report is accessible only via a private token URL (a random UUID). We do not expose user IDs in public URLs. Data is stored on Supabase with row-level security enforced at the database level.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing castleberry.ethan@gmail.com. We will permanently delete your assessment data within 30 days of your request.
