Leadership cohorts are for leaders who have recognized that the pace of their work has outrun their ability to process it — and who are ready to invest in a sustained community where honest growth is the norm.

Each cohort is a carefully selected group of 8–12 leaders across organizations, meeting quarterly over the course of a year. All members complete the Leader's Health Check at the start and are expected to engage honestly with their results.

Q1 Kickoff

Assessment & Foundations

2-day opening session. All members share their reports, identify patterns, and establish trust and group norms.

Q2 Deep-Dive

Domain Work

Full-day session focused on the domains where the group has the most collective need. Peer coaching and structured conversation.

Q3 Midyear

Progress & Pivot

Full-day session reviewing progress, adjusting plans, and addressing new challenges that have emerged.

Q4 Year-End

Integration & Renewal

Full-day closing session. Reassessment, celebration, and commitment-setting for the year ahead.
