  • The report shows group patterns only. No names, no individual scores, and no record of who took it or who did not.
  • Written answers are summarized as themes, never quoted by name. A report is produced only once at least 5 people finish, so no one can be singled out.
  • Each person keeps their own report. If someone wants the pastor or board to see it, that is their choice to share.

Questions leaders ask

Will I see how each person answered?
No. The team report shows group patterns only. You never see names, individual scores, or who did or did not take it. Written answers appear only as themes.
How many people need to finish before we get a report?
At least 5. Below that, individual answers could be guessed, so no report is produced.
Does each person still get their own report?
Yes. Everyone gets their own private report the moment they finish. It is theirs. If someone wants you to see it, that is their choice to share.
Is this a performance review?
No. It measures whole-life health across seven areas, not job performance. People answer honestly because nothing they say can be traced back to them.
How is this different from DiSC or Five Behaviors?
Those tools give a manager individual profiles. This one never does. You see the health of the team as a whole, and each person keeps their own results.
